Awar is the crafty demon of evasion and lasciviousness who is the son of Iblis and the brother of Dasim, Sut, Tir, and Zalambur. His name means "one -eyed." A ritual cleansing and fumigation will protect anyone who may have been exposed to this demon, as all the shaitans enjoy dirt and refuse. Also saying the "takbir" formula will drive them off. Amulets may also be worn for protection.
